Falls Prevention – a program for patients who have fallen in the last 6 months, who avoid outings for fear of falling or who feel anxious about their balance.
Metabolic Rehabilitation – a multi-disciplinary program for patients suffering from diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity or PCOS aiming to improve fitness, bone strength and weight control.
Orthopaedic Rehabilitation – a multi-disciplinary program for patients who have undergone orthopaedic or spinal surgery, who have severe arthritis, back pain or recent injury or accident.
Reconditioning – aimed at improving strength, fitness, flexibility and gait in patients who are generally deconditioned or those who are preparing for surgery.
Respiratory Rehabilitation – a multi-disciplinary program for patients with chronic respiratory diseases who are symptomatic and who have a decrease in their ability to participate in daily living activities.
